Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy
Please be assured that your items will ship out within five (5) business days of when we receive your payment and FFL information. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping and Handling
- All items ship at NO COST to the customer with exceptions for Hawaii and Alaska. (Rates to those two states are based on a table of weights.)
- We DO NOT ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, or other US territories.
- All long guns, lowers, parts, optics, knives, and other accessories are shipped via Ground shipping.
- All hand guns are shipped via 2nd Day Air.
- Insurance is offered at a rate of $1 per $100 value of the items being shipped.
- If an item is lost in shipping, we DO NOT cover the cost of replacement unless the customer has paid for insurance on the shipment.
- PLEASE NOTE: Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In state orders will be charged 6% sales tax
- We charge a $4.95 low order fee for orders under $50.00. You can preview the total in the first page of Checkout.
Shipping Ammunition
- Handgun ammunition must be shipped Adult Signature Required. Please choose a delivery location where you can sign for your package.
- Long gun ammunition must be shipped Signature Required. Please choose a delivery location where you can sign for your package.
- If you miss the delivery, and the package is sent to the UPS depot, then UPS will not allow you to pick it up there. At this point, however, you may call or email us, and we will notify UPS to allow you to sign for the package at the depot.
Redirecting Packages
UPS will not allow our customers to redirect packages. However, if you need to change the delivery location, please email or call us so that we can call UPS and change it for you. Firearms must always ship to a FFL dealer.
Transferring Firearms to a FFL Dealer
- Federal law requires that we ship all firearms to a Federally licensed firearms dealer; that is, someone who possess a Federal Firearms License (FFL). We must have a valid and legible copy of that transferring dealer's FFL before we can ship to them.
- Before choosing them to handle the transfer, you must contact the dealer to verify that they accept transfers from other dealers, particularly JetGuns, and to agree on transfer fees.
- We do not cover the cost of dealer transfer fees even if you fail the background check and the gun is returned to us.
Cancellation Policies
- Any item ordered from JetGuns.com, if cancelled, is subject to a standard 15% cancellation fee.
- Orders cancelled after shipment are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. This includes returning the order due to background check denial, deciding at the dealer that you don't like/want the gun, etc.
- In addition to the standard cancellation fee, any item ordered from Jet Guns via Gunbroker.com is subject to payment of the Final Value Fee assessed by Gunbroker.com for use of their service.
Return Policies
These are Jet Guns's ("Jet Guns", "JetGuns.com", "we" or "our") Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the JetGuns.com website.
- All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting Jet Guns Customer Service through any of the methods provided at http://www.jetguns.com/contact_us.html.
- Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost
and expense if received by us:
- Any product not purchased from JetGuns.com
- Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
- Any product that exhibits physical damage
- Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate
- A full inspection prior to completing the transfer at the FFL dealer is required to make sure that 1) we shipped the correct firearm as ordered, and 2) there is no physical damage to the firearm. If there are any discrepancies, you must leave the firearm at the FFL and contact Jet Guns Customer Service. Any claims made about the condition of the firearm after you have taken it home are null and any returns are subject to a restocking fee.
- Only defective items are eligible for a full refund or full value exchange. In order to receive a full refund or exchange value, the product must be returned from the FFL without the transfer being completed. Please check with your dealer about their transfer policies, as some require you to take possession of the firearm, which subjects you to a restocking fee should you need to return it.
- Incorrectly ordered items are subject to a 10% exchange fee, meaning 90% of your original purchase price will be applied to the new order. Shipping insurance will have to be paid for again.
- Notwithstanding any other policy herein listed, any firearm for which the FFL transfer is completed (whether correct, incorrect, or defective) is subject to a 30% return and restocking fee.
Mail-In Rebate Policy
Any product offering a mail-in rebate is not returnable to Jet Guns once the rebate has been filed. Be sure that the product is functional and that you intend to keep the product before sending in for your rebate. Products missing UPC codes or serial numbers from the box are NOT returnable. Only the product manufacturer can replace a defective item missing the UPC code.
Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items
If Jet Guns no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, the item will be sent to our Back-Order RMA Department. You will be notified via email of two options: 1) Jet Guns can send you a comparable replacement item, or 2) Jet Guns can issue you a refund at the current market value of the product. A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price. If the item is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date, a full refund will be issued.
Quantity Purchases
While Jet Guns is more than happy to fill your order for a quantity of ten (10) or more of any given item in our inventory on a single purchase order, please understand that an order of that size, once purchase is completed, is automatically non-refundable. All other specific conditions related to the ordered item still apply, including any and all stipulations relative to any available replacement return policies. Open Box Limited Refund Only 30 Day Return Policy

This is our Detailed Open Box Item Return Policy. Jet Guns occationally sells items that are listed as "open-box." Because these items are sold at greatly reduced prices, they are subject to a limited refund-only return policy. Such items can only be returned within 30 days of the applicable invoice date. "Return" constitutes receipt of the product by Jet Guns, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.
Jet Guns cannot provide replacement service for these items, as their stock is limited. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of these items is with the buyer. These items have been tested for functionality, but may have superficial physical defects including, but not limited to, scratches, dings or dents. Should these items exhibit a functional defect following their purchase, the buyer (not the manufacturer, distributor, or Jet Guns) assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repairs, unless otherwise required by law. These items are not covered by any 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
If you purchase an Open-Box product Jet Guns guarantees only that you will receive the product itself; accessories or manuals MAY OR MAY NOT BE INCLUDED with Open-Box products. Jet Guns will not send you a missing accessory, even if the missing accessory is required in order to properly make use of all the product's advertised functions.
Manufacturer's Warranties

JetGuns.com does not offer any express warranties. However, many of the products available through JetGuns.com are covered by Manufacturers' Warranties. If a product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, it will be stated on that product's web page. Manufacturers' warranty details are typically available at the manufacturer's websites.
Detailed manufacturer warranty information can also be obtained for free by contacting our Customer Service department. Please note that products in this category are non-refundable unless otherwise indicated.
Products that state "This item can be returned to the product manufacturer only " must be returned directly to the product manufacturer for repair or replacement, unless otherwise required by law. For these items, the warranty policy provided by the product manufacturer explicitly requires that any returns, repairs etc. be requested and processed directly by the consumer (or "end-user") of the item.
