  1. How do I buy a gun online?

    1. Buying a gun online is just like any other online purchase, except that we must ship the gun to a dealer with a Federal Firearms License (FFL) to perform the background check and face-to-face transfer. Add the firearm of your choice to your cart, and complete the checkout process, including the name and address of your FFL in the comments.

  2. I live in California. How do I order a gun?

    1. For handguns, go to http://certguns.doj.ca.gov and search for the gun you are looking for. If the gun is listed on that site, it can be ordered. By law, we are not allowed to ship any handgun not on that list to California. If the firearm you order is not found on that list, we will cancel your order and inform you of the reasoning. For long guns check with the DOJ or your local dealer to find out restrictions.

    2. If you are a law enforcement officer in CA, please make that known in the comments while placing the order, and fax a copy of your LEO credentials to 888-318-8050.

  3. How does JetGuns get my FFL's information?

    1. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the FFL Dealer before placing an order to ensure that the dealer accepts transfers and to agree on the transfer fee. Then the customer requests that a copy of the dealer’s license be sent to JetGuns via fax at 888-318-8050.

  4. I don’t see shipping charges anywhere. How much is shipping?

    1. Uninsured shipping is free to the lower 48 States. Alaska and Hawai’i can be calculated by sending an email to JetGuns via the Contact Us page, and include the gun you are looking at, and the ZIP code of the FFL dealer.

    2. Insurance on shipping is optional and paid for by the customer at a rate of $1 per $100, rounded to the next 100. (Example, a $405 order will require $5 for insurance) For more information on shipping, please visit our Shipping & Returns page.

  5. What extra fees do you charge?

    1. Sales Tax is only charged to Kentucky residents. All out of state customers are exempt from Sales Tax. We DO NOT charge the extra credit card fee. The only other optional fee is shipping insurance, as described in the Answer to Question 4.

  6. Your prices are the lowest around, are these used guns?

    1. No. All of our guns, unless specifically and flamboyantly stated, are Factory New, and include all accessories, magazines, etc. that come packed from the factory. Display models are not shipped unless they are the last one in stock. Some products may be "New Old Stock" but JetGuns will not sell a used gun as new.

  7. I found a gun advertised on another website priced lower than JetGuns. Do you offer Advertised Price Matching?

    1. Typically, no we do not match prices. Places with lower prices than us may charge shipping, credit card fees or other fees not included in their advertised prices. Whereas, we do not charge shipping or credit card fees, and our prices reflect that. However, you can always ask. Our sales people may be able to match another store's DEAL. After all their fees, we may still be able to get a gun to your door for cheaper than the other guys.

  8. Is the item I want in stock?

    1. If you are able to add the item to your cart and continue with checkout, then yes, the item is in stock.

  9. Do you offer any discounts (military, LEO, bulk, etc.)?

    1. Unfortunately, due to our already low prices being packaged with free shipping and no credit card fees, we are unable to offer any discounts for military, law enforcement, or for bulk orders of less than ten (10) firearms.

  10. What is the status of my order?

    1. Our online order processing system will send email updates with every step of your order. If you have a question about where your order stands, the most recent email you received from us will tell you. Be sure to check Junk and Spam folders in case our emails to you have been filtered there. If you ordered directly from the website, you can log in to your account and check the status of any outstanding orders there.

  11. Is there a fee for cancelling my order?

    1. Any order that is cancelled for any reason is subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
